After School Site Program – In cooperation with the community based partner program, adult volunteers visit the facilities and read and/or assist the boys with their reading and comprehension skills. The visits typically take place once or twice a month for 2 hours each visit.

The adult volunteer reads books provided by The Prodigy Project or child. Readers are encouraged to use their creativity in reading and to engage the children in the stories. Interaction by the boys is also encouraged. The Prodigy Project staff also provides crafts that compliment the books to the volunteers.
